Training people is not just what I do. It’s what I’ve spent decades learning to do well.
I’m Manish Burse, Corporate Trainer, Safety Consultant and Life Coach, and founder of Jeetman Academy. My work brings together practical workplace experience, engaging learning and a deep interest in human behaviour and personal development.

28+ years of learning,
training and transforming
people.
My journey as a trainer has never been limited to delivering presentations. It has been about understanding people, workplaces, behaviour and the situations where learning actually needs to make a difference.
Over the years, I have worked with people across corporate houses, industries and diverse professional environments, helping participants turn serious subjects into practical actions they can understand, remember and apply.
Safety training became an important part of this journey, while my interest in human behaviour, personal development and coaching allowed me to work with people beyond the workplace as well.
Training that connects
knowledge with behaviour.
Effective training is not about how much information is delivered. It is about what people understand, remember and apply when they return to the real world.
Practical Learning
Real workplace situations, demonstrations, discussions and examples help participants connect learning with situations they actually face.
Human Behaviour
Going beyond rules and procedures to understand why people make choices, take risks and develop habits that influence safety, performance and everyday life.
Engaging Delivery
Serious and complex subjects become easier to understand through interaction, relatable stories, appropriate humour and active audience participation.
From classrooms to corporate floors,
the learning has never stopped.
My professional journey has evolved across training, workplace safety, human behaviour and personal development, but the focus has remained consistent: helping people understand better, choose better and act better.
Learning how people learn.
The journey began with training, communication and working closely with people. Over the years, every classroom and audience added another layer to my understanding of how people think, respond and learn.
Taking learning into the workplace.
Fire and life safety became an important part of my professional journey, expanding into workplace safety, behaviour based safety, emergency preparedness, defensive driving and other practical safety programs.
Connecting knowledge with real-world action.
Working with corporate houses, industries and professional teams strengthened my belief that effective training must go beyond presentations. Participants should be able to relate learning to the decisions and situations they face every day.
Understanding the person behind the professional.
My work in life coaching, parenting, meditation, pranayama and personal development extended this learning beyond the workplace and deepened my understanding of behaviour, relationships and meaningful personal change.
Serious learning.
Delivered humanly.
Whether the subject is workplace safety, behaviour or personal development, I believe people learn better when they feel involved, respected and connected to the subject.
Practical, not theoretical.
Concepts are connected with situations participants actually face, helping them understand where and how the learning applies in the real world.
Interaction over instruction.
Discussions, questions, demonstrations and participant involvement turn the session into an experience rather than a one-way presentation.
Behaviour behind the action.
Wherever relevant, the conversation goes beyond rules to explore habits, choices and human behaviour that influence safety, performance and everyday decisions.
Complex subjects made relatable.
Serious topics become easier to understand through simple explanations, relatable examples, stories and appropriate humour.
Connecting with diverse audiences.
Experience across different workplaces, roles and professional backgrounds helps me adapt the conversation to the people in the room.
Learning people remember.
The objective is not simply to complete a training program. It is to leave participants with ideas and actions they can remember and use after the session ends.
“If people can relate to the learning, they are far more likely to remember it and act on it.”
Manish Burse
Built through years of
learning, practice and
working with people.
Experience matters when it helps turn knowledge into something useful. My work has grown through years of training, facilitation, safety education and working closely with people from different professional backgrounds.
A career built around learning and people.
Years of training, communication and facilitation have shaped a practical understanding of how people learn, participate and respond.
Safety learning grounded in the workplace.
Experience across fire, life safety, emergency preparedness and workplace safety has helped me connect technical subjects with everyday behaviour.
Working with diverse people and workplaces.
Corporate assignments across different industries, roles and locations have strengthened my ability to adapt learning to the people in the room.
The experience is diverse. The purpose remains simple: make learning practical, relevant and worth remembering.
Experience matters.
How you use it matters more.
Whether I am working with a corporate team or an individual, my approach remains practical, respectful and focused on creating learning that can be used beyond the session.
Experience without unnecessary complexity.
Years of experience are useful only when they help make a subject clearer. I focus on simplifying ideas without reducing their importance.
Learning shaped around the audience.
Every group is different. The conversation, examples and level of detail are adapted to the people, workplace and purpose of the session.
Serious subjects delivered with a human touch.
Interaction, relatable situations, stories and appropriate humour help people stay involved while keeping the learning meaningful and professional.
Focused on what happens after the session.
A successful session is not measured only by what happens in the room. The real value is what people remember, apply and do differently afterwards.
Not simply to deliver another program, but to create a learning experience that people understand, remember and use.
